Walnut Wardrobe
FSC American Black Walnut & Ceder of Lebanon solid and veneers, onto Birch Plywood.
Beautiful materials on this piece. Internals of the Wardrobe made using Ceder of Lebanon, which is a good moth deterrent and some beautiful book matched Walnut on the doors. Internally I lipped all the face edges of the drawers with solid Ceder and cut handle details from this material. This worked nicely on the Walnut doors too, where I used slightly thicker material. The doors were inset between lovely chunky Walnut legs which divided the cabinets into three.
