Day Tripper 2012
A proposal for community groups and the London transport network.
This project was a collaboration with Rachel Lillie and Sasa Stucin.

For this workshop we worked with communications company RIM (Blackberry), the helen hamlyn centre and the Hackney healthy eating project. We developed a response to the community groups impending need to find a new suitable community space to conduct their meetings. Based on a distinct criteria of needs which included accessibility, cost, warmth and safety, the project speculated on the possibility of using the London transport network as a space to meet and conduct their affairs. We proposed a way to facilitate this through a combination of mobile communication technology, ad-hoc assemblies, a website and the existing transport infrastructure.
